Key notes and follow-ups:
- The upcoming ARES Meeting on being an effective net control operator is next Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 6:30pm. I highly recommend everyone attend because you never know when you might need to take on the role of net control operator, especially in an emergency. - The following blog post goes into greater detail about the FCC proposed rule change to introduce a $50 fee and what you might do about it during the comment period: https://www.kb6nu.com/time-to-comment-on-the-proposed-new-fees/
- Last but not least, many thanks to Kevin, who will be taking a turn at running next week’s net! For him and anyone else who would like to know, you can access the Net Script here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pcBDTy_tjktF6X6mQQbQm6_ZhZMQZwoz/view?usp=sharing
